Helping your community
If you would like to offer a service to the HOA, please contact the board in advance to request approval and negotiate possible compensation. All agreements will need to be put in writing and signed by both parties.
Why pay dues?
Your annual HOA dues pay for maintenance and insurance of the common areas (lawn care, water, electric, etc.), as well as administrative costs to run the HOA (office supplies, PO Box, meetings, legal services, etc.)
Only members who are current on dues are eligible to vote.
